The first axis, Mining Areas, seeks to recognize ancestral mining in mining reorganization and planning processes, ensuring respect for rights. DD.HH and prioritize life; in the second, the section towards a new Mining Act, the aim is to revise mining and environmental legislation, allowing better harmonization of these regulations in order to better protect the ecosystemsof the population, and to provide more legal certainty to mining owners.
In the third, called Mining with a Purpose, Industrialization and Just Energy Transition, “the common proposal of the National Mining Summit participants was to update the Mining Land Registry and its linkage with the Multipurpose Land Registry”. And in the fourth, Regularization of Non-Formal Mining and the Strategy of Mining for Life, “several voices suggested the development of population and territorial characterizations, as part of the process of future mining planning that takes into account the type of population, the mining type, scale and territory, to prevent mining authorities from continuing to make decisions that fuel social and mining conflicts.”
