“There are no major changes, even the very negative administrative elections for the center-left do not seem to have had major effects on national polls”, explains Fabrizio Pregliasco presenting the usual Supermedia Agi/YouTrend of political polls. The director of the polling institute spoke on the Friday, June 9th episode of Omnibus, the La7 program. In sum, no noteworthy changes have emerged this week, but one element relating to the third pole is highlighted quite clearly.
The data. The balance between the two main coalitions remains substantially unchanged, with the center-right at 46.1% and the center-left at 25.8%. As Pregliasco explains, this suggests that there has been no particular change after the center-right victory in administrations. The parties: Brothers of Italy 29.1% (-0.2), Pd 20.6% (-0.1), Movement 5 Stelle 15.9% (unchanged), Lega 8.9% (-0.1 ), Forza Italia 7.0% (+0.2), Action 3.8% (-0.5), Italia Viva 3.0% (unchanged), Greens/Left 3.0% (+0.1) , +Europe 2.3% (+0.2), Italexit 2.2% (+0.1), Unione Popolare 1.4% (-0.1) , Moderates 1.1% (+0.1) ).
“There is a drop in Action, Carlo Calenda’s party, which this week drops below 4 percent. It is an important level also taking into account the European elections”, explains the probe. Incidentally, the barrier to voting for the EU Parliament is precisely that number. Matteo Renzi’s Italia Viva is at 3 percent, again below the threshold, as are the other political forces in the second part of the “ranking” that remain almost “immobile”, underlines Pregliasco, compared to seven days ago.
