This has been stated by the Minister of AgricultureJennifer Mojica, noting that the bill will be presented to the Congress of the Republic in the next legislature starting July 20: “Congress has given us six months to do it, pass it and get it going, and we will comply.”
He added that a working group has been formed for this purpose with the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Council of State to work in this legislative recess on the preparation of the bill that regulates the rural agricultural jurisdiction.
“It is a project that will follow the line of what we have achieved in the approval of the legislative act and it is that it is in a national consensus, listening to the best options, nurturing it and building it together with all sectors of Congress, with all the voices that contributed to good constitutional reform,” said the head of the rural portfolio.
