Minimum wage, seven points of opposition

- The effectiveness of workers’ right to decent economic treatment is regulated and therefore guaranteed.
- Excessive mobility of expired or canceled employment contracts is recognized by law.
- Contracts are given a period of time to adapt to the new discipline, providing economic benefits for employers where this adaptation is more cumbersome.
Meloni: “Minimum wage is inefficient”
