A private, non-holographic will bearing the signature of Silvio Berlusconi, signed in Colombia on September 21, 2021, was deposited in a notary office in Naples and published on October 3 by 55-year-old Turin entrepreneur Marco Di Nunzio. The entrepreneur from Piedmont, who lives in Colombia, claims to have established a bond of friendship with the former prime minister. In 2013, he ran for president of the Lombardy region on the “Bunga Bunga Movement” list, then was removed from the commission of the Milan Court of Appeal due to allegations of irregularities in signatures: the incident led to a judicial investigation.
