His campaign has been strengthened and he has become a favorite to reach the Barranquilla Council to – as he says – continue working for the city.

Rachid, 26, is a business administrator in the northern university and specialist in urban and territory management from the Externado de Colombia University. His focus on serving and being useful to the people was at the heart of his campaign, demonstrating that politics can be a profession and a calling aimed at improving the lives of citizens.

Rachid’s campaign focuses on concrete proposals in key areas such as security, economic development, mobility, sports, tourism, youth and culture. These proposals are the result of an in-depth analysis of the needs of Barranquilla and its population. His focus on real change and progress, as well as his vision for a united city, has earned him the support and trust of the community.
