Before the meeting of the Council of Ministers at Palazzo Chigi, an agreement was reportedly reached on the dossier relating to the superbonus. The summit before the Council of Ministers had as protagonists the deputy prime ministers Antonio Tajani and Matteo Salvini, the Minister of Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti, and the undersecretary of the Presidency of the Council, Alfredo Mantovano. The agreement should lead to a new ad hoc provision and not a rule contained in the Milleproroghe. The news was officially confirmed by Forza Italia’s X account: «Positive agreement on #SuperBonus. Thanks to #ForzaItalia’s commitment, companies and citizens will be protected, especially the weakest, who will not have to return money for unfinished works and will be supported to complete them. The Good Government line of #ForzaItalia is approved.”
Yesterday it became known that we will try to avoid losing the bonus for those who sent the Cilas, but did not fully complete the work. Furthermore, today, based on what has been filtered, it was decided that the mechanism provided for in the law would evaluate the real state of progress of the works on December 31, and the State would cover the missing percentage to reach 110%. Part of the negotiation would also focus on amnesty if the works were not covered, to prevent citizens from paying fines.
