Cucchi sues Il Tempo, Borghi gets it right: “For the left, the law is not the same for everyone”

Other reactions come to Ilaria Cucchi’s decision to sue Il Tempo following the article in magistrate Marco Patarnello’s email about Giorgia Meloni. The speaker is the League’s senator, Claudio Borghi: “Senator Ilaria Cucchi, having nothing better to do, apparently thought of denouncing the director of Il Tempo Tommaso Cerno, for having ‘dared’ to publish Judge Patarnello’s message against the president Meloni, present in a chat with hundreds of participants. It is surprising how, however, it was considered, again by Senator Cucchi, absolutely legitimate to publish the chats of the Brothers of Italy on the vote on the Consultation, the chats of the League whenever there was any criticism of Salvini or even pages of wiretaps or dossiers illegal actions against the center-right. In case you haven’t understood – attacks Borghi – for the left, the law is not the same for everyone, the red license confers absolute intangibility and journalists must also be indicted. Solidarity with director Cerno, whom I wish to continue his excellent work.”
