The League is increasing Italians’ voting intentions following the acquittal of Matteo Salvini, in the week in which the Transport Minister was tried, and later acquitted, over the Open Arms case. In the SWG survey presented by Enrico Mentana on Monday, December 23, on Tg La7, the League grew by 0.4 percent. A positive sign that leads the Northern League to reach 8.8 percent.
Always in first place are the Brothers of Italy of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. FDI rose from 29.3 to 29.1 percent last week. The Democratic Party follows with 22.2 percent. Dems remain stable, haven’t risen or fallen in seven days. And again: +0.3% for the 5 Star Movement. Grillini reach 11.5%. Forza Italia is behind. Antonio Tajani’s Azzurri are placed at 9.1 percent. On December 16, they were at 9.4.
We already talked about the League. Followed by the Greens and the Italian Left. The alliance of Nicola Fratoianni and Angelo Bonelli scores -0.2 percent (from 6.9 to 6.7). Other parties include Action, Italia Viva and +Europa. The first gets 3.2 (+0.1 percent), the second 2.7 (+0.2) and the third 1.9 (-0.1).
