Gutiérrez ended his day in the middle of a tour of some neighborhoods of the city, accompanied by the senator Arthur Charliethe elected representative Gersel Pérez and the former presidential candidate Alex Char.
Gutiérrez, accompanied by Álex and Arturo Char, announced their initiatives for this sector through a document entitled: “the infrastructure primer”. He also said in dialogue with EL HERALDO that in his government plan he has tempered the development models that have produced results such as those obtained in the capital of the Atlantic.
“Here in these areas came the schools that weren’t there, the health centers and that’s what needs to be done in all neighborhoods, not just in Barranquilla but on the land. (…) Today I would like to present our infrastructure primer to the land from Barranquilla. I want to tell people that we have very specific proposals on each of the country’s problems and in each segment that describe our government program in depth.”
