Baudet, leader of the Democracy Forum, is in danger of being suspended. Eight parties (VVD, D66, CDA, ChristenUnie, GroenLinks, PvdA, Party for the Animals and Volt) informed RTL Nieuws that they had filed a complaint against Baudet. They want to force him to abide by parliamentary rules.
Baudet refuses to declare additional positions, additional income and donations in a public register. If the complaint is accepted, the forum moderator can be fired for at least one month. He can be in the House and vote, but not speak.
The complaint was submitted to an independent committee that monitors the integrity of the House of Representatives: the Investigation Council Integrity.

Commissioners are obliged to declare ancillary tasks, gifts and additional earnings in the public register. Baudet was insulted by the college in March.
But Baudet also refuses to report his additional positions and earnings after the reprimand, so eight groups have submitted complaints.
