Elections and Political Polls: After a few weeks AGI/YouTrend Supermedia returns, providing a detailed picture of the situation: Fratelli d’Italia is booming again and continues to lead the race for the next vote on September 25th. The center-right boom is before everyone’s eyes to the point of speaking of an “insurmountable advantage”.
Just like before the summer holidays, Fratelli d’Italia is the first party, with 24.3% of the votes, highlighting the PD (22.7%) by more than a point and a half. According to the latest poll, the current advantage of the center-right suggests a coalition victory in the single-member electorates and the possibility of obtaining an absolute majority of seats in both the House and the Senate.
In third and fourth places, Lega (13.4%) and Movimento 5 Stelle (10.9%) remain stable, which during the summer holidays seems to have at least slowed down the downward trend that had been going on for many months. . Behind Forza Italia, the Third Pole formed by Action/IV makes its debut with a decent 5.9%, while the alliance between the Greens and the Left after an encouraging initial period appears to have dropped below 4%. Outside of the major coalitions, the only list that seems to aspire to cross the 3% threshold is Gianluigi Paragone’s ItalExit. The other lists below this threshold (+Europe, the centrists of Noi Moderati and Compromisso Civico of the Di Maio-Tabacci duo) are part of the two main coalitions, so they will probably elect some of their exponents in the single-member constituencies even without obtaining seats in the proportional lot.
