Gareth Bale will make his Pebble Beach Pro-Am Golf debut this Thursday

Former Welsh football player Gareth Bale made his debut on the PGA Circuit on Thursday after being a guest at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am golf tournament, which takes place January 30-February 5 in California, USA.

The former Southampton, Tottenham, Real Madrid and Los Angeles FCO footballer is a self-proclaimed golf fan and will be competing in a tournament as part of the PGA Tour. Last week, the Welshman declared himself on his social networks, along with a photo of him playing golf.

I’m excited to announce that I will be playing the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am early next month! lighting up!

Bale joins 156 “amateurs” including Superbowl champions Harris Barton (49ers), Aaron Rodgers (Packer), Steve Young (49ers) and Ron Rivera (Bears) and former Spanish basketball player Pau Gasol, Partnership with 156 other professionals .

The 2-handicap Welshman will play for three days to be among the top 25 teams vying for victory in the final.
