Heracles continues to follow in the footsteps of PEC after ADO’s big win over ‘Team A’

Heracles Almelo continues to follow leading PEC Zwolle in the major leagues. Herac team won comfortably against ADO this evening in The Hague (0-3). PEC already hit it off on Friday with a at least 13-0 win against FC Den Bosch.

The gap between PEC Zwolle and second place Heracles Almelo is three points after tonight. Eight points away from number three Almere City. The top two teams are promoted to the Premier League at the end of the season.

third term

ADO left the lead in the third period due to the defeat. If Almere City beat Jong Utrecht on Friday, they will secure the playoffs for promotion to the top flight.

ADO Den Haag, the new 13th number in the first division, lost to PSV (3-1) in the cup last Thursday. Then coach Dick Advocaat chose a B team for competition. That’s why he chose ‘Team A’ against Heracles. However, this was not seen.

Nikolai Laursen was substituted for Heracles Almelo eleven minutes later. Justin Hoogma doubled the score with a score in the 39th minute. Before that there was a mistake made by goalkeeper Sonny Stevens.

In the second half, ADO recovered somewhat, but could no longer threaten Heracles’ victory. In fact, it was Heracles who scored again with ten minutes to go. Ismail Azzaoui scores from long range.

Willem II betrays victory

Willem II failed to reclaim fourth place in the Kitchen Champion Division. Brabant side took the lead in extra time and eventually took the lead 2-2.

Playing with regular players Lorenzo Lucca, Francisco Conceição and Kian Fitz-Jim, Jong Ajax lost to TOP Oss (1:2).
