F1: Verstappen and Checo, double victory in the first Grand Prix of the year

Alonso, 41, celebrated his 99th podium at the Grand Circus, finishing third. The two-time world champion from Asturias returned to the podium a year and almost four months after the last time, finishing third at the Qatar Grand Prix in November 2021.
