Duplantis, world record holder in pole vault at FBK Games

Pole vaulter Armand Duplantis is participating in the FBK Games this year. The reigning European, world and Olympic champion is competing in Hengelo for the third time.

The Swede holds the world record with a jump of 6.22 meters. He broke that record earlier this year by jumping over six meters for the sixtieth time in Clermont-Ferrand, France.

Duplantis has set six world records in total. Last year, the 23-year-old athlete clinched her first outdoor world title. He succeeded in Eugene with a jump of 6.21 meters.
