Florence Hardouinformer CEO of the French Football Federation (FFF), filed a complaint of moral and sexual harassment against her mentor, the recently retired president of the organization, Noel Le Grae.
Hardwen opposed his dismissal from the FFF and demanded more than 2.5 million eurosaccording to the newspaper on Thursday Le Monde.

The complaint comes after the former No. 2 of the French Federation was questioned on April 18 by police investigators who are investigating alleged abuses by Le Grae.
Interrogations will continue in the coming weeks, so new complaints are not ruled out.
Hardwen was removed from her post on January 11, a day after she stated before an internal review ordered by the sports minister: Amelie Udea-Casterawho have suffered from bullying.
During this interrogation, he accused Le Grae of “humiliating and sexist insults, inappropriate and intimidating behavior often associated with excessive alcoholism”, in addition to “inappropriate dinner invitations and repeated questions about his intimate and personal life”.
The director general assured that she was not the only victim of the FFF president, who has always denied these allegations.
Hired by the FFF since 2008, she was notified of her dismissal on February 24, with which she is now applying to the labor courts, given various violations.

For this reason, she claims EUR 650,000 in compensation for her dismissal, the same amount for persecution and the same amount for lack of protection.
Added to this is another 640 thousand euros for the fact that he could not renew his term in the UEFA executive committee, and another 20 thousand euros for legal costs, which total more than 2.5 million euros.
Le Graet, who initially resigned as FFF president, ultimately resigned on February 28 under pressure from the sports minister due to various allegations of sexual and labor harassment.
