Now under the motto “One Skin” Spain and Brazil are strengthening their football ties and their social commitments. RFEF President, Louis Rubiales, already met a few days ago in Ciudad del Futbol de Las Rozas (Madrid) with Orlando Leite, Ambassador of Brazil to Spain
Besides, rubiales was in frequent contact with Ednaldo Rodriguez, head of the CBF. Both leaders understood that this a great opportunity to strengthen ties and speak out unanimously against violence in football with the celebration of this friendship.
This will be friendly tenth meeting between the elections of Spain and Brazil, that they haven’t met each other since the end Confederations Cup 2013. Of nine previous duels Spain won two and drew two more, with eight goals for and 14 against.
In case the Spanish team had official commitments in this “window” of March 2024, RFEF explained that the new location will be looked up in the calendar to celebrate this friendly Spain-Brazil against racism.
