A federal judge ordered the director of the National Commission for Physical Education and Sports (Conade), Ana Gabriela Guevarato resume the issuance of scholarships and incentives to members of the national swimming team.
In granting a temporary suspension from the amparo trial, the eleventh District Administrative Judge in Mexico City, Agustín Tello, also ordered Conada allowing swimmers access to its facilities, so they can exercise.
The resolution also states that Konada should give swimmers the right to hold hearings against the body’s failure to provide appropriate scholarships because they have previously achieved good results in swimming. Swimming World Cup Budapest 2022.
This amparo lawsuit was considered by the athletes due to Konade’s failure to comply with the relevant paperwork and procedures to continue providing scholarships and incentives to swimmers.
