Jaime Lozano after ratification as DT Tricolor: “We are going to raise the name of Mexico”

He Mexico’s new technical director, Jaime Lozanoassured this Friday that he is ready to put Mexican football at the forefront at the international level, with the main goal: World Cup 2026.

In his first appearances as DT Tricolor, he stated.

We’re going to raise the name of Mexico; I want to make history and achieve as much as possible. Rest assured that we will work harder than any other selector, keep that in mind.

Lozano has declared himself ambitious, with a winning mentality that he hopes to instill in his players.

I consider myself not a winning technician, but someone who wins in life. I have always been a man of great ambition; I did not keep the Gold Cup, just as I did not keep the Olympic bronze, just as I did not keep the pre-Olympic title. I want more.

The strategist said that in his process, the Mexicans, as a result of naturalization, will open the door and be on his team if they win it on the field.
