Specifically, AFE refers to its first final provision/change to Law 19/2007 of 11 July, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sportin which actions which, on the occasion of the development of a test, competition or sporting event or on the eve of its celebration, “imply harassment”, i.e., “undesirable behavior related to racial or ethnic, geographic or social origin, as well as religion or belief, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation”, with the aim of “violate their dignity and create an intimidating, humiliating or offensive environment.”

In addition to citing these words from the aforementioned law, the AFE seeks clarification from the Supreme Sports Council (SCS), the organization that reminded it of the existence of its “Protocol of Action Against Sexual Assault”, which “includes “forced kiss” in paragraph 5 (“Situations, attitudes and behaviors associated with sexual violence”)”. “Qualifying it as “Unacceptable behavior that will have immediate consequences” says in the statement.

The organization announced that “it will send a letter to CSD asking you to express your opinion and act clearly” and “officially and publicly know whether the law will be enforced”.
From the AFE, we are fighting to eradicate this type of behavior and demand that the relevant authorities take the necessary and drastic measures that an episode with such characteristics deserves because of its seriousness.
