José Ramón Fernández said goodbye to David Feitelson after collaborating with him on Imevisión, Tv Azteca and ESPN.
On air ChronometerJose Ramon Fernandez stated that they met in 1989 and since then he has been trying to instill journalism in him.
“We did it, you are a good journalist.”
In parting, he wished him success and warned that he would find more sharks “out there”: “If there are sharks here, then there will be more sharks.”
He acknowledged that he has the ability to decide the future of his career.
Feitelson admitted that he is “almost a father figure” to him and reiterated that he will always carry his flag and the school of journalism wherever he goes.
Feitelson’s departure from ESPN comes after days of comments about his possible joining of Televisa, a historic rival of the network of Jose Ramon Fernandez and his operating team.
