The tournament in Tel Aviv was replaced on the ATP calendar by another tournament in Sofia due to the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
It will take place from November 5 to 11 in the Israeli city and will eventually be held in the capital of Bulgaria, at the Sofia Arena. Prizes worth 562,000 euros will be awarded and organized by the Bulgarian Tennis Association.
The tournament is an ATP 250 and holds the record of the youngest winner of an ATP tournament, Aaron Krickstein 1983, at 16 years and 2 months.
