Willars topped the final with a score 479.40 followed by Canadian Nathan Murray-Zombor from 476.15 and Kenny Zamudioalso from Mexico, who took bronze with a score of 451.60.
The 21-year-old jumper from the capital already had gold to his name, having won on Sunday along with Kevin Berlin in a jump synchronized from a 10-meter platform.
