Another goal for the National Autonomous University of Mexico was scored by Ulises Rivas, while Daniel Aceves scored for Tuzos of Pachuca.

In the match played at the Olympic University Stadium in Mexico City, Pumas took the lead after 15 minutes when Rivas saw goalkeeper Carlos Moreno ahead and surprised him with a long-range strike.

A minute later, Pachuca equalized through Aceves, who scored with his left foot in the penalty area after a pass from Dutchman Osama Idrissi.

Pumas regained the lead in the 18th minute thanks to Salvio’s strike inside the six-yard box following a cross from Cesar Huerta.

Salvio scored a brace in the 74th minute with a shot from outside the penalty area that eluded goalkeeper Carlos Moreno.

Pachuca came close to scoring a second goal in the 95th minute, but Venezuelan Jose Rondon’s shot hit the crossbar.
