Sergio Perez (Red Bull) condemned this Thursday homophobic comments by his father Antonio Perez, about the former German pilot and TV commentator R.alf Schumacher, defending that he did not share “any of their opinions” and that “made a mistake.”

In statements for celestial sports to Las Vegas Grand Prix this weekend Czech said:

I don’t agree with any of your comments. I think he made a mistake in this regard. I don’t share any of his opinions, but at the same time I don’t control what my father says, I can only control what I say.
