Goalkeeper Krul relegated with Norwich City from Premier League

Goalkeeper Tim Krul was relegated with Norwich City from the Premier League. The last edition of the British league was beaten 2-0 at Aston Villa and saw contenders Burnley beat Watford, who are now almost certain to be relegated. Watford led to the 83rd minute but saw Burnley score two more goals in the final: 1-2. Burnley striker Wout Weghorst was substituted in the 60th minute.

With a goal from Watford James Tarkowski in the 19th minute, midfielders Jack Cork and Josh Brownhill gave Burnley a very important victory in the 8th minute. Burnley is not yet safe but they are currently 5 points ahead of number 18 Everton with four games to go. Everton have two more games to play to avoid relegation.

Krul saw Ollie Watkins and Danny Ings score for Aston Villa. Norwich City were promoted last season. The club currently holds the Premier League record for the most relegation: six.
