S10 said: “We all have so many opinions about women, their looks, bodies and hair. But we’re never that critical of men. “I don’t feel very critical,” he said. “I know how you walk with a lot of guys and I try not to worry too much about it, because I know what I want to do there, I’m really happy with what we found.”
There is an important meaning behind the outfit: head, chest and stomach play an important role in the S10. “I think these are the places where the soul is in a person. Everything makes me feel good and I just want to tell my story to you people watching at home. I want to tell you how my breasts are on the top or what my stomach is like. Visibility has nothing to do with it. It has nothing to do with it.”

The S10 isn’t alone in getting feedback. The Albanian Ronela also plays with the song hidden, she was said to be very sexy after her first rehearsal. The singer holds her crotch during her performance. His images were first shared on the Eurovision Instagram channel, but he disappeared and never returned.
A spokesperson for the Eurovision Song Contest told Instagram Live that the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has started talks with Albania to ensure the performance is suitable for audiences of all ages.

“We women always have to deal with this”
S10 regrets that the discussion needs to be restarted. “It’s never good for us women. I’m too weak, someone else is too big. If your boobs are too big, you’re a bitch. If you don’t have breasts, you’re too manly. Not really. The length of the skirt is fine because it’s either too short or too long, that’s what we women always have to deal with and it seems that way.
“I think it’s very intense for Ronela. You have to deal with it and for some it is more intense than for others. I think it’s very boring for him. Yes, her show is super sexy, but is that allowed?”
The EBU has not yet said anything about Ronela’s performance, but filed an appeal on Friday. The organizer gave no further context about the reason for the call.
“We were shocked by the strong statements being made online about people working hard to put on a good show,” the EBU said. “We understand passion and love, but everyone working on this Eurovision Song Contest should be able to do that without being harassed online. We ask everyone to speak respectfully about the show.”
