Athlete Koster, who has a personal record in the 5000 meters at the World Cup and European Championship

Athlete Maureen Koster achieved her personal best in the 5000m for the World Championships in Eugene and the European Championships in Munich. Koster, 29, ran a time of 15.06.86 while racing in San Juan Capistrano, California, just below his PR when he ran on American soil six years ago (15.07.20).

For example, Koster respected the boundaries of the World Cup (15.100.00) and the European Championship (15.25.00). The southern Dutch woman recently trained with the Valley Running team in the United States for the San Juan Capistrano event. Teammate Diane van Es did not make it to the finish in the 5,000m. Tony van Diepen won the 800 meters in 1.47.10, but was almost 2 seconds above the World Cup limit (1.45.20).

Last year, Van Diepen was part of the Dutch relay team that won a stunning silver medal in the 4×400 meters at the Tokyo Olympics. At the World Indoor Championships in Belgrade earlier this year, the orange four won a bronze medal.
