UEFA has officially announced that the match is to start at 12:40 p.m.

A group of German hooded fans have crossed part of the stands to get to the area where Nice’s ultras are.
According to the French press, several people have been injured, one of them seriously. It concerns a German supporter who is said to have fallen from a height of five meters from the stands.
In a tweet, Nice Mayor Christian Estrosi condemned “the uncivilized and outrageous behavior of the Cologne fans” both inside and outside the stadium.
