Users of various Microsoft services such as Outlook and Teams are experiencing glitches this morning due to the malfunction. People all over the world suffer from it.
Many users can’t send messages or join conversations in Teams. Teams is used by approximately 280 million people worldwide, mainly for communication between companies and schools. Also, some Outlook users cannot send emails. Other services such as Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Xbox Live are also being disrupted, according to the tech giant.
Microsoft says it’s investigating a network issue. An update that may have been the cause of the malfunction has now been rolled back.
Around 11:00 am, Microsoft said that “some customers” affected by the outage this morning will now be able to use the services again. At that time, the problem was not yet fully resolved. Problems with the Azure cloud service were completely resolved around 11:50 am.
