Apple announces new versions of iPhone SE and iPad Air

iPad Air now with M1 chip

Apple also introduced the new iPad Air, which has the same design as the new model a year and a half ago. Chip new: iPad Air now works on Apple M1 chip, such as MacBook Air and iPad Pro. Thanks to the M1, iPad Air is 60% faster than its predecessor, with up to twice the graphics performance.

The iPad Air’s selfie camera is now a 12-megapixel camera with an ultra-wide angle lens. For example, iPad Air now also has Center Stage functionality, where the camera automatically zooms in on the person who is talking during the video call. There is now also a 5G version of the iPad Air and the USB-C connection is twice as fast.

The new iPad Air will be available from March 18. Versions with WiFi cost only 698.50 euros and versions with WiFi and 5G cost 868.50 euros.

Mac Studio and HomePod Mini

Apple also unveiled the new Mac Studio desktop and Studio Display tonight.

The company has also announced that the HomePod Mini smart speaker will also appear in the Netherlands.
