Apple integrates automatic captioning for hard of hearing and deaf users. Initially, only English will be supported and the feature will be beta tested. This feature works with all spoken voices on recent iPhones, iPads, and Macs, according to Apple. Phone calls and video calls will soon be automatically captioned, as long as they are in English.
On Mac computers, users can also type their answer and the answer will be read out automatically. Captions are created by artificial intelligence on the device itself, keeping the information discussed safe and private, Apple said.
Control Apple Watch with head gestures
Apple Watch can be operated with simple hand gestures since last year. Users can then manually tighten the wrist that the watch is on. For example, Apple Watch can be used by people who cannot use the screen with their other hand.
