Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro and 12X were already announced in China at the end of December. It will go on sale in the Netherlands from the beginning of April and can be pre-ordered from Wednesday, Xiaomi announced today.
The Xiaomi 12 and 12X have relatively compact 6.28-inch displays with 120Hz refresh and a resolution of 2400×1080. The Pro model has a larger 6.73-inch screen with 120Hz LTPO, more pixels (3200×1440) and a higher peak brightness (1500 nits).
While the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, the 12X has the less powerful Snapdragon 870.
Fully charged in 18 minutes
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has three 50-megapixel cameras on the back with a main camera with a relatively large Sony IMX707 sensor. Xiaomi 12 and 12X have a main camera from 50 MP, a wide-angle lens from 13 MP and a telephoto lens from 5 MP. All three devices have 32 megapixel cameras on the front.
Xiaomi 12 Pro supports super fast charging with 120W HyperCharge. With a battery of 4600 mAh, the device is fully charged in 18 minutes. The 12 and 12X have 4,500 mAh batteries and offer 67W fast charging.
The 12 and 12 Pro also support 50W wireless charging, but not 12X wireless charging.
