A missile attack in the Ukrainian region of Zaporizhzhia caused the death of 23 people, all civilians: a humanitarian convoy was hit by the bombs.

“This morning Russian missiles hit a humanitarian convoy leaving zaporizhzhia killing 23 people and injuring 28 others, all civilians”: this is what the head of the regional military administration and mayor of Sievierodonetsk recently reported Oleksandr Starukh, cited by TV Express.

Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov added that people leave Zaporizhzhia for the occupied territories every day to deliver medicines, support relatives and return.

Some videos posted on social media show a scene with dead AND injured on the road, with the convoy being hit more than a dozen times.

As reported by the English newspaper The GuardianThe Reuters was able to verify what happened in Zaporizhzhia. Specifically, a car and three vans were involved in the attack, which literally exploded. An agency reporter reported the presence of a corpse with his left hand still behind the wheel of one of the cars.
