A 30-year-old Scotsman admitted he gave cocaine for a two month old baby he was serving as babysitter. According to what has been reconstructed, Goe Wheeler allowed the child to ingest an unspecified amount of ‘Class A drug’ at an address in Rattray, Perthshire, in Scotland. The man admitted that he “jeopardized” the child’s life while “he should have taken care of her”.

The facts date back to December 2020. The mother of the drinks noticed that the baby was not well and hospital examinations confirmed the presence of cocaine in your body. Wheeler filed his plea of ​​not guilty on a second indictment related to possession of ecstasy on December 11, 2020, which was accepted by the Crown.

Attorney Michael O’Neill issued a guilty plea on behalf of his client and Wheeler got theparole on bail.

Sheriff David Hall postponed the conviction for the elaboration of a report with social workers and evaluation of the order of restriction of liberty. Earlier this year, Wheeler was found with a knife in a public place and sentenced to do 80 hours of unpaid community work.

Two days later, the man was found still in possession of the gun after an argument with neighbors over his dog.

He later admitted that he behaved in a “threatening or insulting manner”, shouting and swearing at his neighbor at his home address on July 4th of last year. He also admitted that he was in possession of a switchblade without a reasonable excuse at the Rattray Community Hub on July 6.
