The war between Russia and Ukraine is a world conflict. Other US experts and analysts, reports Repubblica, expected that after the referendum and the annexation of the occupied territories (not fully given the Kiev counteroffensive) a turning point would be reached, consisting of negotiations, but this was not the case. On the contrary. According to experts, Putin predicts a long war and has demonstrated this by increasing the military spending budget for the three-year period from 2023 to 2025 from 3,500 to 5,000 billion rubles. The only real doubt is how much the rest of the power, in particular the state and military apparatuses, as well as the population follow it to the end and what would be the consequences in the case of a nuclear attack.
