War in Ukraine, Chechen leader Kadyrov sends his three youngest children to the front

It is a jihadist Holy War scheme that fuels the Russian invasion of Ukraine. First came the words of the Orthodox Patriarch Kirill, who said that the fallen of this war will all go to Heaven. Yesterday, the initiative of the Chechen leader Rmzan Kadyrov, a Muslim, was announced, who, according to some Russian news agencies, said that his minor children, aged 16, 15 and 14, will fight in Ukraine. “A minor age – said Kadyrov – should not interfere with the training of the defenders of our homeland”, then specifying that “their military training began a long time ago, almost at an early age. And I’m not kidding. The time has come to show off in a real battle and I can only salute their wish. They will soon go to the front lines and meet in the most difficult sections” of the front.

Thus, an ideological apogee, on the part of a member of Putinian power who, from the beginning, was a supporter of the bloodiest line of attack in Ukraine. It is no mystery, in fact, that the Chechen divisions committed the most heinous crimes. And Kadyrov himself, speaking of the nuclear option, launched an appeal for the low-intensity ones to be used immediately. A stance on which even the Kremlin distanced itself yesterday: “emotions – said Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov – must be excluded from any assessment.”
