Russian journalist Marina Ovsyannikova has been added to the wanted list by the Russian Interior Ministry. Last March, Ovsyannikova had protested against the war in Ukraine live on TV and so had been under house arrest since August on charges of spreading false information about the armed forces in Moscow.
But the Russian journalist left her home so that last week her ex-husband reported her missing along with her 11-year-old daughter. Ovsyannikova has allegedly escaped and is fleeing the country with her daughter. If convicted, the journalist could face up to 10 years in prison.
