At least four explosions were recorded this morning at dawn a Kiev, capital ofUkraine. According to reports by some AP journalists, it was a true missile attack in the center of the city.

The roars were also recorded during a live broadcast by the BBC, while images of large clouds of smoke rising from some buildings in the capital follow one another on various social networks. Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitchko spoke of “several explosions” in the central district of Shevchenko. According to what was reported by the emergency services, the explosions caused several dead and wounded.

The last recorded Russian air strike in the capital Kiev dates back several months and this morning follows the attack on the bridge that links Russia with Crimea and whose responsibility lies in the hands of the Ukrainian services, accused by Russian President Putin. It is not excluded that these new attacks, after months of apparent calm for the capital, could be a Russian response to the October 8 explosion on the Kerch bridge.
