War in Ukraine, Zelensky: electricity restored, but no water

Electricity has been restored to nearly 6 million Ukrainians in Ukraine in the past 24 hours, following a series of Russian missile strikes that hit several power infrastructures on Friday. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his daily speech.

«Repair work continues unabated after the terrorist attack – said Zelensky – The main thing today is energy. During the day, it was possible to restore electricity to almost 6 million Ukrainians. Repair work is ongoing and has continued unabated since the terrorist attack,” he said. However, he added that “it is clear that there is still a lot of work to be done to stabilize the system. There are problems with the heat supply, there are big problems with the water supply. «The most difficult situation is that of Kiev and its region , Vinnytsia and its region, Lviv and its region. But, unfortunately, there are large-scale disruptions in many other regions: among them Dnipro and its region, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Frankiv, Odesa and the region, Poltava, Ternopil, Chernihiv and other cities and regions,” he added.
