Two children aged two and five were found dead in a Cornwallis Road flat on Friday. According to what was revealed by the police of Dagenham, in the United Kingdom, the two little bodies were found in an empty house. The dynamics of death is still a mystery: the families of the two children were informed and have the support of the police and a team of psychologists.
The officers stopped Kara Alexander, 44-year-old woman, with no criminal record, accused of homicide. Investigators are investigating the reason which for now remains unknown. For the time being, the agents collected testimonials from some residents of the region.
“That day, around 2 pm, I heard someone screaming,” one man told the newspaper. independent 🇧🇷 Shortly after, the police arrived. The voice I heard sounded like a man’s, but I didn’t have time to look out the window to understand what was going on. I am also a mother and this story was a real trauma for me.”
In the next few hours the autopsy exams over the corpses of the two children whose identities have not been released. The police investigate the possible involvement of an accomplice: a few hours after the discovery of the two lifeless bodies, in fact, the agents arrested a man who had been seen wandering on Cornwallis Road. However, the suspect was released shortly after his arrest.
For investigators, however, the intervention of an accomplice cannot be ruled out. According to what has been released so far, the woman was not related to the two dead children. The interrogation will provide more information about what happened on Friday at the Cornwallis Road house.
