The heavy crash caused the bus driver, identified as Edwin Rafael Conrado Ortega, 44, to receive blows to various parts of his body.
Similarly, three passengers of the same car, who have not been identified by authorities, were also injured, for which they were transferred to the San Vicente Clinic.
The 35-year-old Jesús María Pérez Puello, the taxi driver, was not injured on his part.
