The Metropolitan Police of Barranquilla is collecting information about the attack that killed a woman on the night of Friday, February 10, during events that took place in a house in the Villa Valentina de Soledad neighborhood.
The authority pointed out that Ana del Carmen Castro Rojas, 30 years old, was shot around 8:45 p.m. in a house at 5A Carrera No. 56-33.
The victim, who would be a nurse by profession, would have received at least five bullets.
Castro Rojas was taken to a care center where doctors confirmed her death.
Another woman was apparently injured in the same event and she remains under observation in a care center in the same city.
So far, the only version that exists about the attack relates to a case of violence against women or femicide.
