Police in Australia are looking for three people rescued from danger in early February. Three Australians were found stuck to a floating cooler about 10 miles off the coast of Western Australia.
Six days later, a pack of cocaine was found on a beach in the same area, arousing suspicion among authorities. The next day, a capsized speedboat was found with eight packages containing about 40 kilos of cocaine each.
According to federal police in Australia, the three rescued men are involved in the transport of drugs. The police asked him to come forward. Two men aged 49 and 45 from Western Australia and a 36-year-old man from the Northern Territory.

After being rescued, the men were praised for their stamina and wearing life jackets. Police had previously reported that men were fishing in the high seas. But because their explanation of what happened next did not agree, Western Australian police notified federal police.
A later police investigation revealed that one of the men was the owner of the drug-filled boat that was found. According to federal police, the drug packages were pulled out of the water and loaded onto the speedboat. It is not yet clear where the drugs went.
