He attacks the lawyer in court, “guilty” of asking the judge to postpone the hearing again. It happened in a courthouse in Green Bay, in the US state of Wisconsin. The defendant, Taylor Schabusiness, 25, is involved in a gruesome murder case: she is accused of strangling Shad Thyrion during a sexual encounter in February 2022 and dismembering her body. According to investigators, Schabusiness strangled Thyrion in a Green Bay home, sexually assaulted him and dismembered his body, leaving parts around the house and in a vehicle. Her attorney, Quinn Jolly, asked the judge for two more weeks for a defense expert to review his client’s ability to stand trial. After Schabusiness attacked his lawyer, the judge postponed the trial until March 6. Schabusiness pleaded not guilty to insanity.
