“We don’t know what he did in Soledad because he worked in Santa Marta”

Doubts and questions arise about the murder of José Manuel Bossio Solipa, who was found dead in the early hours of Wednesday, March 1 in the Villa Selene district of the municipality of Soledad.

The man’s relatives stated that they “didn’t know” what he was doing in that metropolitan area city, as they say he worked in Santa Marta. “He worked at Equinorte, a company that rents out tools for heavy rail work. José was a heavy machine operator there. What we don’t understand is what he was doing here. ‘Don’t tell us anything,’ said a relative.

It was through the work of the deceased today, a resident of Arjona Bolívar, that they discovered the news: “Because he was in uniform when they found him, the police called there and from there they communicated with us,” added the relative .

It should be remembered that it was the residents of that sector who informed the Metropolitan Police officers of the discovery of the lifeless body.

One of the hypotheses that the police officers are currently using is that the deceased apparently resisted a robbery today. However, this has not been officially confirmed.

The death showed that he had 4 children, he had been working in the company for more than 10 years. “He was a very sociable person, not violent at all,” the relative concluded.
