A Flintshire man has been shocked after his CCTV footage showed someone defecating on his balcony. Trevor Williamson received an alert on his cell phone on Tuesday night that revealed what can only be described as dark scenes.
CCTV footage shows the man casually walking down the driveway before putting his fingers to the ground to steady himself and starting to defecate on Trevor’s property. North Wales Live reports that the ensuing noise (which they silenced) was unpleasant.
Trevor told North Wales Live: “Well to be honest, as gross as it was I’m glad the wife or dog didn’t get it or the little guy would be in serious trouble. I got a notification on my phone showing the surveillance video and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

“There it was, plain as day, a guy standing in our way who had obviously been caught in the act. I couldn’t believe it, also at half past seven? I’ll tell him it’s free next time the Ewloe Social Club is across the street and they have real restrooms.

Trevor told the NWL that the bar “had to wash its face”, he and his son Michael found the funny side of the situation and were even more shocked that someone would do such a thing on a residential street in the early afternoon. .
Trevor first posted the shocking footage on the Hawarden and Ewloe Community Facebook page, an abbreviated version to prevent band members from seeing or hearing the full act. He said: “The video is blurry and short but it’s clear what he’s going to do. Can someone put a name on a face?
But is this act illegal? The summary offense of urinating or defecating in a public place states: “A person who urinates or defecates in any public place without using a toilet commits an offense and is subject to a fine not exceeding level three (£1,000) on summary judgment. on a standard scale.
