On the morning of this Friday, March 3, an alleged case of murder was frustrated in the facilities of the Habitat shopping center, located at 53 Carrera with Calle 76, Villa Country sector, in the north of Barranquilla.
Videos circulating on social networks show an unidentified man in a security company uniform lying on the ground. According to witnesses, this allegedly tried to shoot a person who was in the commercial area with a silenced pistol, but security personnel of the place noticed the action and responded with their donation weapon.
Witnesses to the event told EL HERALDO that “the disguised man entered and managed to shoot, but since he did not reach his target, they reacted and hit him with a traumatic weapon.”
Barranquilla Metropolitan Police uniforms arrived at the scene, who captured the individual and confiscated the revolver he was carrying, then took him to the facilities of the URI of the prosecution to answer for the crime of attempt to manslaughter.
