During his speech at the “Raisina Dialogue” in New Delhi, the Minister said: “Moscow is trying to stop the war and which has been launched against us using Ukraine” and a general roar of laughter erupted in the room. In the video that went viral on the web in a few hours, we see that Lavrov is stunned and reveals a touch of astonishment. He just hesitates for a moment and then starts talking again. The Kremlin’s foreign affairs chief accused the West of never wanting to implement the Minsk agreements and those of the Kosovo Serbs: “It’s the same story: a disappointment of the Serbs in relation to the Community of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo, and a disappointment of the Russia in relation to the Minsk Accords”.
